Important Announcements for Table Hosts:
Hosts can arrive at the church anytime after noon on Thursday, Friday or Saturday (for the 4pm showing) to set up their tables. If you are hosting a table on Saturday evening, you will need to wait until the matinee has ended which we anticipate to be by 6:15.
Please note: There will be a short funeral service in the Atrium on Friday from 3pm- 4pm. If you plan to set up during that time, please use the gravel lot to park in and enter through the Worship Center doors only.
Hosting A Table…
The auditorium will be filled with tables for eight that will be decorated by volunteer Table Hosts, and served by volunteer Table Servers. Close to 500 Table Hosts are needed! There are two types of tables:
Hosted Table: You can choose a table and purchase all the seats as a gift to your guests, or have your guests reimburse you. If you purchase a ticket during the Table Host phase of sales, you are volunteering to be the Table Host for that table. Any seats at your table(s) that you do not purchase by Nov. 16 will be made avilable to those purchasing General Admission Tickets.
Open Table: You can provide an “Open Table” by decorating a table that will be available to anyone who purchase a General Admission Ticket. You do not have to attend the performance for which you host an Open Table. Best of all, there is no cost to you!
